Announcement on the Launch of New e-Visa Platform

Effective from 1 January 2025, 11:00 hrs., all nationals in Singapore who wish to apply for a Thai visa must submit their applications through the new online e-Visa platform at https://www.thaievisa.go.th/. Applicants are no longer required to submit their passports and supporting documents in person at
the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore. Once the e-Visa application is approved, the applicant must print the e-Visa confirmation email and present it to the airline at the port of departure and to Thai immigration officials upon arrival in Thailand.

Due to the transition to the new e-visa system, the last day for visa applicants to submit their applications through the current system (https://visaonline.thaiembassy.sg/) is 17 December 2024, by 18:00 hrs.
Any pending applications with incomplete documentation as of 18:00 hrs. on 19 December 2024 will be rejected. Applicants who miss these deadlines are advised to apply through the new online e-Visa platform at https://www.thaievisa.go.th/ starting from 1 January 2025, at 11:00 hrs.

Please note that under the new system, there may be delays in
the visa approval process. All applicants are advised to submit their applications at least one month before their intended date of departure.
