เมื่อวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2566 นายชุตินทร คงศักดิ์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ สิงคโปร์ พร้อมด้วยนางณฐมา คูณผล อัครราชทูตที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายการพาณิชย์ เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงาน Thailand Property for Singapore by MQDC ณ โรงแรมแชงกรี-ลา สิงคโปร์ โดยมีคุณวิลาวรรณ เบรนิก รองประธานฝ่ายพัฒนาตลาดต่างประเทศ เป็นผู้กล่าวแนะนำบริษัท แมกโนเลีย ควอลิตี้ ดีเวล็อปเมนต์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น (MQDC) และโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ได้แก่ The Forestias, Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit และ The Strand Thonglor.

กิจกรรม “Thailand Property for Singapore by MQDC” จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 25-27 สิงหาคม 2566 ที่สิงคโปร์ เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในประเทศไทยที่กำลังขยายตัวมากขึ้นจึงเป็นโอกาสให้ชาวสิงคโปร์และชาวต่างชาติที่ต้องการซื้อหรือลงทุนด้านที่พักอาศัยในประเทศไทย
On 25 August 2023, H.E. Mr. Chutintorn Gongsakdi, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, together with Ms. Natama Koonpol, Minister Counsellor for Trade, attended the opening event of "Thailand Property for Singapore by MQDC " at Shangri-La Singapore, organized by Magnolia Quality Development Corporation – MQDC.
At the event, Ms. Wilawan Brenig, Vice President (International Market Development), presented property projects by MQDC namely: The Forestias, Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit and The Strand Thonglor.
MQDC is one of the leading Bangkok-based property developers in Thailand. Their well-known projects include Magnolias, Whizdom, The Forestias and The Strand.
"Thailand Property for Singapore by MQDC" took place between 25 – 27 August 2023. Singapore is among the key overseas markets for MQDC where Singaporeans and foreigners can look for their second homes and property investment in Thailand.
