On 18 February 2025, Mr. Zaw Zaw Soe, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Myanmar Embassy in Singapore, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore.

 

Both sides reaffirmed the close and cordial ties between Thailand and Myanmar as important neighboring countries. They also exchanged views on strengthening cooperation between the two countries in various areas, including politics, security, and consular affairs, as well as collaboration within ASEAN and developments in Myanmar.
