Registration of Divorce

Divorce can be done in two ways:

• Divorce by both parties agree
• Divorce by court order

Requirement documents:

1. Application form (Click here)
2. Passport
3. Thai IC
4. Resident permit card in Singapore
5. House Registration
6. Original Marriage Certificate
7. Divorce Agreement (Click here)

For foreigner: passport and IC must translate and certify, please see information of certify translation form English to Thai

Witness: must have 2 Thai witnesses

Requirement documents:

1. Passport
2. Thai IC

If any male party or female party is foreigner, the divorce agreement must be English version, both party sign in front of Notary Public, then certify again by Singapore Academy of Law, then translate to Thai then certify by Thai Embassy.

Submit all the requirement documents 2 weeks before fix appointment for Registration of Divorce

On Registration date: All parties need to come to the Royal Thai Embassy with original documents
