Renounce Thai Citizenship

Please be informed the procedures to renounce Thai Nationality;

• Applicant has to contact the Royal Thai Embassy from Monday - Thursday at 9.30 – 11.30 hrs.

• The application form can download here
  • Renounce Thai Citizenship follow spouse
  • Renounce Thai Citizenship by yourself

• After finish key in the form, please submit (Soft file - MS Word format or Google Doc) to [email protected] than submit all required original documents with 2 photocopies of each document at the counter of the Royal Thai Embassy, Monday - Thursday 9.30-11.00AM. (Application form will be considered for applicant who prepares all required documents only)

• The appointment to sign on the application can be made in next two weeks of working days after submitted the application form and all supporting documents.

Witness: (One Thai witness who residence in Singapore)

Remark: * Documents are requested to certify true copy by Singapore Academy of Law, then

                  translate to Thai before submit to the Royal Thai Embassy for Endorsements

                  (Certify translation form English to Thai).
