To study (vocational, technical and university diploma below bachelor’s degree)

-Eligibility-

DTV  Visa will only be granted by the Royal Thai Embassy  Singapore to Singapore citizen and Singapore Resident

***Important*** Complete e-Visa Application at least 21 working days before intended date of travel

Note: All nationals which don’t have a “Family name” must fill in the entire name in the “First name” box in the e-Visa application form and leave “Family name” box blank. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your e-Visa application.

Required Documents:

          1.  Passport valid for at least 6 months

          2.  Photograph taken within the last 6 months 

          3.  Applicant’s long-term pass must upload both front and back of the pass .

(e.g. Singapore Blue IC and Re-Entry Permit Form 7 for Singapore’s Permanent Residents, Employment Pass, Personalized Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Entry pass, Training Employment Pass, Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long Term Social Visit Pass, or Professional Visit Pass).                                                                        

***The Long-term pass must be valid for at least two months, if you have renewed your Long-term pass please submit approval from Misnistry of Manpower (MOM).

          4.  Scan the QR code behind the long-term pass to show expiry date and take a screenshot of the full data until card serial number.

          5.  For Permanent Residence in Singapore: Blue Identity Card and Re-entry Permit (Form 7)

          6.  Document indicating current location in Singapore and Planned accommodation in Thailand.

               - Lease agreement or Rental agreement related to the place you staying in Singapore or Title deed

               - Accommodation Booking hotel, House registration (Blue book) or Title deed in Thailand

          7.  Financial Evidence: Bank saving statements balance at least 3,000 SGD from the past 2 months, sponsorship letter covering tuition fees and living expenses.

***Foreign bank statement need to submit a letter from the bank stating the balance equivalent to Singapore or US Dollars.  (IN ENGLISH VERSION)

          8.  Letter from Institute/University to request Non-Immigrant visa ED2 

          9.  Letter confirming enrolment details from Institute/University signed by authorized person together with a copy of ID card or passport of the authorized person.

          10.  University License 

All documents: Documents in languages other than Thai or English have to be translated into either Thai or English and notarised by notary organs or relevant diplomatic/consular missions.

               Single Entry : 100 SGD  with validity of 90 days.

Remark:

• Applicant from Nigeria must submit letter from employer and certificate of Clearance issued by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency of Nigeria (NDLEA) that is certified by Nigerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Royal Thai Embassy in Abuja
• For Nigeria who has residence in Singapore or Long-term pass holding may contact CID department for certificate of clearance
• List of countries that require the Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate upon arrival to Thailand. Please click here
