Certified Documents

1. All documents must be in English
• Documents issued in Singapore must be certified by Singapore’s Notary Public.
• Documents issued outside of Singapore must be certified by the Embassy of its country of origin first and followed by the Singapore's Notary Public.
2. All documents must be legalized by Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) 
3. Submit the documents at the Royal Thai Embassy.  

   Certified Genuine Signature(s) of Non- Thai citizens (Power of Attorney, Affidavit, Letter of Consent, etc) 

   1. The document should be in English. 
   1. If the document is in another language (i.e. Thai language), the English translation of the document should be provided. The original document and the translated document should be attached together in a single set, with the Notary Public's signature on the first page of the document.
