On 30 August 2014, H.E. Mr. Marut Jitpatima, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, officials from the Royal Thai Embassy and Team Thailand, and their family, as well as representatives from the Thai community in Singapore, joined the Inter-ASEAN Bowling Tournament – a bowling competition between ASEAN diplomatic corps in Singapore, which was organised by the Embassy of the Philippines. The winner of the competition was Singapore, with Indonesia as the first runner-up and Malaysia as the second runner-up.
