On 10 December 2024, H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore attended the ASEAN Gala Night 2024, which is co-organised by diplomatic missions of ASEAN member states in Singapore. The event aims to celebrate and promote the values of the ASEAN community, strengthen cultural ties and foster strong network among ASEAN member states. It also serves as an occasion to showcase the diverse cultures, and achievements of ASEAN countries. There were more than 300 guests attending the event. This year, Timor Leste, currently in the accession process to ASEAN, also participated in the event.
