On 7 March 2025, H.E. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, delivered a keynote speech at the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) Networking Event for International Women’s Day 2025. She highlighted the progress of women in leadership across Asia and Thailand’s commitment to promote gender equality through policies like the Gender Equality Act and Labour Protection Act.

 

On this occasion, Ambassador Ureerat emphasized the importance of choice, stating that regardless of one’s role, everyone has the power to create meaningful change. She reiterated that leadership is about making a real impact. She also encouraged successful women to serve as role models and support the next generation.
