On 3 April 2025, H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, welcomed H.E. Mr. Sengkeo Pouangpadith, Ambassador of the Lao PDR to Singapore, on the occasion of his farewell courtesy call upon the completion of his tour of duty.

 

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on the dynamic bilateral relations with Singapore in various areas, including economic cooperation, clean energy initiatives, and exchanges of high-level visits. They also discussed the close interaction and collaboration among ASEAN diplomatic corps in Singapore, which has consistently worked together in a supportive and constructive manner to advance their shared interests and promote ASEAN unity.
