On 22 - 23 March 2014, the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore organised an overseas general election of the Senate for Thai nationals residing in Singapore at the Royal Thai Embassy, 370 Orchard Road 238870. There were 10,271 Thai nationals in Singapore who pre-registered to vote in Singapore. The overall number of 574 Thai nationals casted their votes at the Royal Thai Embassy. The overseas general election of the Senate went well, and the Royal Thai Embassy has provided shuttle bus services between Golden Mile Complex and the Royal Thai Embassy on both days to facilitate Thai voters in Singapore.
