Thai Ambassador in Singapore presided over the opening of the training on fruit carving

On 8 February 2017, H.E. Thongchai Chasawath, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, presided over the opening of the training on fruit craving for Thai Chefs and those who are interested in participating in this course. To be hold at the Office of Labour Affairs from 8 -9 February 2017, the project is the collaboration between the Office of Labour Affairs, Royal Thai Embassy and Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

This training is aimed to develop craving skills for chefs, labours and those who are interested in working in the field of food business. Craving skill is an important asset in increasing value of Thai fruit and food product and hence distinguishs Thai products from others. This training will also enhance and promote public awareness on Thai craving culture to larger groups of people in Singapore.
