Diplomatic Visa / Official Visa
Required Document
- 1. Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months.
- 2. Note verbale from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, diplomatic mission or related UN agencies.
Period of Stay
The holders of this type of visa are initially granted a period of stay in the Kingdom not exceeding 90 days unless otherwise instructed by the Office of Immigration Bureau.
Extension of Stay
For diplomatic passport holder and official passport holder who will be posted to Thailand, the extension of stay can be made through the Department of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.
Advice
It is suggested that the application be submitted at least 21 working days prior to the intended travelling date to Thailand.
