DTV VISA

Spouse and children under 20 years old of DTV visa holders

Required Documents:

***Important*** Complete the Online Visa Application (OVA) at least 21 working days before intended date of travel

1. Biodata page of passport or traveller document (valid for at least 6 months)
2. Photograph taken within the last 6 months (1 photo 4x6 cm)
3. Approved DTV Visa from Applicant’s spouse/Parent approved DTV visa
4. Documents to prove the relationship, such as a copy of a marriage certificate, birth certificate, or certificate of adoption.

     (Translated Document issued by Non-Thai and Non-Singaporean Authorities MUST be certified by its Embassy prior to submission in English versions.)

5. Document indicating current location in Singapore and Planned accommodation in Thailand. 

    * Lease agreement or Rental agreement related to the place you staying in Singapore or Title deed

    * Accommodation booking hotel, House registration (Blue book) or Title deed in Thailand

6. Financial evidence: Bank saving statements balance of the main applicant (at least 500,000 THB from the last 2 months) and print out the latest balance, not older than 1 week, when you submit the documents in person at the Embassy.

        6.1 Sponsor letter from DTV visa holder *with handwritten signature address to Royal Thai Embassy to sponsor your entire trip to Thailand. And a copy passport of DTV visa holder.

7. Applicant’s long-term pass both sides (Dependent's Pass, LTVP etc.)

     -The Long-term pass must be valid for at least 1 year

8. Scan the QR code behind the card to show expiry date and take a screenshot of the full data.
9. For Permanent Residence in Singapore: Blue Identity card and Re-entry Permit (Form 7)
10. Other documents: as may be requested by Consular officers in addition to the documents above.
11. Visa type select OTHER and purpose of visit Thailand DTV DEPENDENT

Please note that Consular officers reserve the right to require additional documents, or an interview, as deemed necessary, without prior notice. The Royal Thai Embassy reserves the right not to accept any visa.

***Note: If you are not residing in Singapore, Applicants are kindly requested to apply for a visa in their Country of residence.

***Note: Foreign bank statement need to submit a letter from the bank stating the balance equivalent to Singapore or US Dollars.  (IN ENGLISH VERSION)

- FEE 500 SGD for Multiple visa 5 years. CASH ONLY

- DTV visa allow the visa holder to stay in Thailand for up to 180 days Re each entry into Thailand.

(Can be renewed at the Thai Immigration Police Office for another 180 days of stay)

Application whereby any required document is absent. If the above procedures are not completed, the official will not proceed with your application.
