DTV VISA
Spouse and children under 20 years old of DTV visa holders
-Eligibility-
DTV Visa will only be granted by the Royal Thai Embassy Singapore to Singapore citizen and Singapore Resident
***Important*** Complete e-Visa Application at least 21 working days before intended date of travel

Note: All nationals which don’t have a “Family name” must fill in the entire name in the “First name” box in the e-Visa application form and leave “Family name” box blank. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your e-Visa application.
Required Documents:
1. Passport valid for at least 6 months
2. Photograph taken within the last 6 months
3. Applicant’s long-term pass must upload both front and back of the pass .
(e.g. Singapore Blue IC and Re-Entry Permit Form 7 for Singapore’s Permanent Residents, Employment Pass, Personalized Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Entry pass, Training Employment Pass, Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long Term Social Visit Pass, or Professional Visit Pass).
***The Long-term pass must be valid for at least two months, if you have renewed your Long-term pass please submit approval from Misnistry of Manpower (MOM).
4. Scan the QR code behind the long-term pass to show expiry date and take a screenshot of the full data until card serial number.
5. For Permanent Residence in Singapore: Blue Identity Card and Re-entry Permit (Form 7)
6. Document indicating current location in Singapore and Planned accommodation in Thailand.
- Lease /Rental agreement related to the place you staying in Singapore or Title deed.
- Accommodation Booking with the hotel, House registration (Blue book) or Title deed in Thailand
7. Approved DTV Visa from Applicant’s Spouse/Parent
8. Documents to prove the relationship, such as a copy of a Marriage certificate, Birth certificate, or Certificate of Adoption.
Note : Applicant’s family members - namely spouse, parents or children who are unmarried and under 20 years old, are eligible to apply for DTV visa. Required documents are the same as required documents from Main's Applicant.
Plus: - Documents showing family relations such as a copy of Birth certificate or Marriage certificate in foreign language to be translated in to English
- The documents issued by Non-Thai and Non-Singaporean MUST be certified by its Embassy prior to submission.
*Civil partnership certificate is not acceptable.
10. Financial evidence: Bank saving statements balance at least 500,000 THB (Approximtely 20,000 SGD) for the past 2 months
***Foreign bank statement need to submit a letter from the bank stating the balance equivalent to Singapore or US Dollars. (IN ENGLISH VERSION)
10.1 Sponsor letter from DTV visa holder *with handwritten signature address to Royal Thai Embassy to sponsor your entire trip to Thailand and a copy passport of DTV visa holder.
*Sponsorship (Only Spouse and children who are unmarried under 20 years old of DTV visa holder)
All documents: Documents in languages other than Thai or English have to be translated into either Thai or English and notarised by notary organs or relevant diplomatic/consular missions.
Note: Consular officers reserve the right to require additional documents or an interview as deemed necessary without prior notice
Application Fee ***Non-Refundable***
- Multiple Entry : 500 SGD with validity of 5 years.
***DTV visa allow the visa holder to stay in Thailand for up to 180 days for each entry into Thailand.
(Can be renewed at the Thai Immigration Police Office for another 180 days of stay)

***The Royal Thai Embassy reserves the right to reject any e-visa application with insufficient documents or if the reasons given are not fully supported***
***THE VISA FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE***
