For Thailand Privilege Cardholders, please contact Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. (Thailand Elite) directly to request for authorization. At this stage, without authorization from Thailand, the Royal Thai Embassy can not issue COE for Privilege cardholders.

         After the applicant contacted Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. (Thailand Elite) and the Embassy received information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the applicant needs to submit visa application online (type of visa “Others”).

                   Required documents:

          1. Visa Application form(s) and photograph(s): Completed the Online Visa Application (OVA) at least 21 working days before the intended date of travel (http://visaonline.thaiembassy.sg/), sign Visa Application form as well as bring recent photographs (size 3.5x4.5 cm). Applicants are required to present:

          2. Passport (valid no less than 6 months)

          3. A copy of Thailand Elite Card / Thailand Privilege Card (both sides) or Certification Letter from Elite Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd.

Singapore’s Long-term pass If applicable, a copy of the applicant’s long-term pass (e.g. Singapore Blue IC and Re-Entry Permit Form 7 (for Singapore’s Permanent Residents), Employment Pass, Personalised Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Entry pass, Training Employment Pass, Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long Term Social Visit Pass, or Professional Visit Pass). 

The Long-term pass must be valid for at least two months, if you have renewed your Long-term pass please submit approval from Misnistry of Manpower (MOM).
