LONG-TERM RESIDENT (LTR)
Board of Investment (BOI)

- Requesting LRT Visa need to be submitted to BOI
- After receiving approval letter from BOI, applicants can submit e-visa
*** Important*** Complete the e-Visa application at least 21 working days before the intended of travel

Note: All nationals which don’t have a “Family name” must fill in the entire name in the “First name” box in the e-Visa application form and leave “Family name” box blank. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your e-Visa application.
Required Documents :
1. Passport: Valid no less than 6 months.
2. Photograph taken within the last 6 months.
3. Flight ticket to Thailand
4. Approval letter from BOI
5. Applicant’s long-term pass must upload both front and back of the pass.
(e.g. Singapore Blue IC and Re-Entry Permit Form 7 for Singapore’s Permanent Residents, Employment Pass, Personalized Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Entry pass, Training Employment Pass, Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long Term Social Visit Pass, or Professional Visit Pass).
***The Long-term pass must be valid for at least two months, if you have renewed your Long-term pass please submit approval from Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
6. Scan the QR code behind the long-term pass to show expiry date and take a screenshot of the full data until card serial number.
7. For Permanent Residence in Singapore: Blue Identity Card and Re-entry Permit (Form 7)
8. Applicant’s family members who are traveling together - Namely spouse, parents or children who are unmarried and under 20 years old , are eligible to apply for Single-Entry Non-Immigrant O-visa. Required documents are the same as required documents for LTR visa.
Plus : Marriage certificate and Birth certificate.
- In foreign language to be translated in to English
- Document issued by Non-Thai and Non- Singaporean Authorities MUST be certified by the its Embassy prior to submission
*Civil partnership certificate is not acceptable.
All documents: Documents in languages other than Thai or English have to be translated into either Thai or English and notarised by notary organs or relevant diplomatic/consular missions.
Note : Consular officers reserve the right to require additional documents or an interview with the applicant as deemed necessary without prior notice.
