Non-Immigrant ED plus

To study (bachelor’s degree and higher)

Required Documents:

***Important*** Complete the Online Visa Application (VOA) at least 21 working days before the intended date of travel

1. Biodata page of passport or traveller document (valid for at least 6 months)
2. Photograph taken within the last six months (1 photo 4x6 cm)
3. Document indicating current location in Singapore and Planned accommodation in Thailand.

        * Lease agreement or Rental agreement related to the place you staying in Singapore or Title deed

        * Accommodation booking hotel, House registration (Blue book) or Title deed in Thailand

4. Financial evidence: Bank saving statements balance at least 3,000 SGD from the last 2 months, sponsorship letter covering tuition fees and living expenses.
5. Letter from Institute/University to request Non-Immigrant visa ED-PLUS
6. Letter confirming enrolment details from Institute/University signed by authorized person together with a copy of ID card or passport of the authorized person.
7. Criminal record clearance for university and higher (not over 3 months)
8. Applicant’s Student Pass or Digital Pass both sides
9. Scan the QR code behind the card to show expiry date and take a screenshot of the full data.
10. For Permanent Residence in Singapore: Blue Identity card and Re-entry Permit (Form 7)
11. Other documents: as may be requested by Consular officers in addition to the documents above.
12. Visa type select OTHER and purpose to visit Thailand DTV ED-PLUS

Please note that Consular officers reserve the right to require additional documents, or an interview, as deemed necessary, without prior notice. The Royal Thai Embassy reserves the right not to accept any visa.

*** Note: If you are not residing in Singapore, Applicants are kindly requested to apply for a visa in their Country of residence.

***Note: Foreign bank statement need to submit a letter from the bank stating the balance equivalent to Singapore or US Dollars.  (IN ENGLISH VERSION)

Application whereby any required document is absent. If the above procedures are not completed, the official will not proceed with your application.
