To study (bachelor’s degree and higher)

DTV  Visa will only be granted by the Royal Thai Embassy Singapore to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents

***Important***Complete the e-Visa Application at least 21 working days before the intended date of travel

Note: All nationals which don’t have a “Family name” must fill in the entire name in the “First name” box in the e-Visa application form and leave “Family name” box blank. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your e-Visa application.

Required Documents:

          1.  Passport valid for at least 6 months

          2.  Photograph taken within the last 6 months 

          3. Singapore citizens must upload both front and back of Singapore pink identity card.                                                                        

          4.  For Permanent Residence in Singapore: Blue Identity Card and Re-entry Permit (Form 7)

          5.  Document indicating current location in Singapore and Planned accommodation in Thailand.

               - Lease /Rental agreement related to the place you staying in Singapore or Title deed.

               - Accommodation Booking with the hotel, House registration (Blue book) or Title deed in Thailand

          6.  Financial evidence: Bank saving statements balance at least 3,000 SGD per person for the last 3 months, sponsorship letter covering tuition fees and living expenses.

***Foreign bank statement need to submit a letter from the bank stating the balance equivalent to Singapore or US Dollars. (IN ENGLISH VERSION)

          7.  Letter from Institute/University to request Non-Immigrant visa ED PLUS

          8.  Letter confirming enrolment details from Institute/University signed by authorized person together with a copy of ID card or passport of the authorized person.

          9.  Criminal record clearance for university and higher (Issue not more than 3 months)

All documents: Documents in languages other than Thai or English have to be translated into either Thai or English and notarised by notary organs or relevant diplomatic/consular missions.

               Single Entry : 100 SGD  with validity of 90 days.

Remark:

• Applicant from Nigeria must submit letter from employer and certificate of Clearance issued by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency of Nigeria (NDLEA) that is certified by Nigerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Royal Thai Embassy in Abuja
• For Nigeria who has permanent residents in Singapore must contact CID department for certificate of clearance
• List of countries that require the Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate upon arrival to Thailand. Please click here
