NON-IMMIGRANT VISA-B (BUSINESS)
***IMPORTANT*** Complete the e-Visa Application at least 21 working days before the intended date of travel

Note: All nationals which don’t have a “Family name” must fill in the entire name in the “First name” box in the e-Visa application form and leave “Family name” box blank. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your e-Visa application.
Required Documents :
1. Passport: Valid no less than 6 months.
2. Photograph taken within the last 6 months.
3. Flight ticket round trip
4. Applicant’s long-term pass must upload both front and back of the pass.
(e.g. Singapore Blue IC and Re-Entry Permit Form 7 for Singapore’s Permanent Residents, Employment Pass, Personalized Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Entry pass, Training Employment Pass, Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long Term Social Visit Pass, or Professional Visit Pass).
***The Long-term pass must be valid for at least two months, if you have renewed your Long-term pass please submit approval from Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
5. Scan the QR code behind the long-term pass to show expiry date and take a screenshot of the full data until card serial number.
6. For Permanent Residence in Singapore: Blue Identity Card and Re-entry Permit (Form 7)

- Documents from the company/Organization in Thailand
1.1 Letter of invitation*, stating the objective and the period of the stay in Thailand
1.2 For applicants who wish to request for multiple entry will need to indicate the agenda date of entry and exit within 1 year
1.3 The company/organization’s registration documents or Business license or Affidafit not more than 3 months
1.4 Value added Tax (VAT) registration document (Phor-Phor 20)
1.5 Latest Balance Sheet (Financial Statement)
- Documents from the current employer in Singapore
1.6 Original letter from the current employer * of the applicant, confirming the current position,salary, and the objective of the visit to Thailand
1.7 For applicants who wish to request for multiple entry will need to indicate the agenda date of entry and exit within 1 year
1.8 Business profile from ACRA
1.9 In case of the company sponsoring all expenses for the applicant, the letter of sponsoring has to indicate details of employment of the applicant.
Note: - Copies of company documents must be signed by authorized person and affixed the company seal
- Letters must be typed in the company’s letterhead, address, contact number and signed by authorized person
- In case of self-employment, an original bank statement of the applicant, which shows a balace with an equivalent amount of not less than 500,000 Baht maintain for the last 6 months.
2. Non-Thai nationals who have owned condominium/apartment value USD100,000 or 3 million Baht or more
2.1 A copy of title deed or ownership documents of the condominium owned by the applicant
2.2 An original bank statement of the applicant, which shows a balance with the equivalent amount of not less than 500,000 Baht maintain for the last 6 months.
3. Non-Thai nationals who have been invested in government bond or held saving accounts in Thailand with of at least USD100,000 or 3 million Baht
3.1 Evidence of money transmission and copy of bank book of the bank account in Thailand with an equivalent amount of not less than 3 million Baht maintain for the last 6 months; or Thai government bond with an equivalent amount of not less than 3 million Baht maintain for the last 6 months.
3.2 An original bank statement of the applicant, which shows a balance with the equivalent amount of not less than 500,000 Baht maintain for the last 6 months.
All documents: Documents in languages other than Thai or English have to be translated into either Thai or English and notarised by notary organs or relevant diplomatic/consular missions have to be certified by its Embassy.
