This page contains information on document requirement for applicants who are dependent of applicant working in Thailand.
Non-Immigrant Visa-O:
Single-Entry: valid for 90 days after the date of application. Visa holders may contact the Immigration Bureau of Thailand, after entering Thailand, for the extension of stay and re-entry permit.
***Important***Completed the e-Visa Application at least 21 working days before the intended date of travel

Required Documents:
1. Passport : valid no less than 6 months
2. Photograph: taken within the last 6 months
3. A copy of flight ticket to Thailand
4. Applicant’s long-term pass must upload both front and back of the pass.
(e.g. Singapore Blue IC and Re-Entry Permit Form 7 for Singapore’s Permanent Residents, Employment Pass, Personalized Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Entry pass, Training Employment Pass, Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long Term Social Visit Pass, or Professional Visit Pass).
***The Long-term pass must be valid for at least two months, if you have renewed your Long-term pass please submit approval from Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
5. Scan the QR code behind the long-term pass to show expiry date and take a screenshot of the full data until card serial number.
6. For Permanent Residence in Singapore: Blue Identity Card and Re-entry Permit (Form 7)
Business-related Documents:
1. Invitation letter* from the dependent employer in Thailand, indicating the objective of the visit into Thailand
2. Approval Letter from Ministry of Labour (WP3) issued by the Office of Foreign Workers Administration, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour, Mit-Maitree Road, Din-daeng District, Bangkok, Tel: +662-245-2745, (Japanese nationals are exempted from submitting this document, in accordance with JTEPA). Other documents which could be used to replace WP3 Approval Letter include a letter from the Board of Investment, universities, schools, international organisations or charitable organisations.
3. The company/organization’s registration documents:
3.1 Business license or Affidafit not more than 3 months not more than 3 months
3.2 Value added Tax (VAT) registration document (Phor-Phor 20)
3.3 Latest Balance Sheet (Financial Statement)
Note : Applicant’s family members Namely spouse, parents or children who are unmarried and under 20 years old are eligible to apply for Single-Entry Non-Immigrant O-visa. Required documents are the same as required documents for Non-Immigrant B-visa
Plus : Marriage certificate and Birth certificate.
- In foreign language to be translated in to English
- Document issued by Non-Thai and Non-Singaporean Authorities MUST be certified by the its Embassy prior to submission
***Civil partnership certificate is not acceptable.
All documents: Documents in languages other than Thai or English have to be translated into either Thai or English and notarised by notary organs or relevant diplomatic/consular missions have to be certified by its Embassy.
Note : Consular officers reserve the right to require additional documents or an interview with the applicant as deemed necessary without prior notice.
