2. All required documents for both visa and COE application (listed below in no. 4.2 and 4.3) must be submitted through the Embassy’s Online Visa Application (OVA) at least 10 working days before the intended date of travel

2.1 Required documents for visa application (submission online is required)
2.1.1 Passport: must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel
2.1.2 One (1) biography details including summary of the applicant's CV
2.1.3 A copy of bank statement from Thailand financial institutes and a letter of guarantee from the bank with bank’s contact information showing a deposit of the amount equal to and not less than 3 Million Baht. (Please note that such minimum amount must be maintained at least 1 year after receiving the visa) or A copy of bank statement (from financial institutes located in Thailand only) and a letter of guarantee from the bank with bank’s contact information showing a deposit of the amount equal to and not less than 1.8 Million Baht and proof of annual incomes of not less than 1.2 Million Baht. Once the applicants enter Thailand, they must have accumulated money deposited in Thai bank located in Thailand not less than 3 million Baht within 1 year.
2.1.4 A Letter of verification stating that the applicant has no criminal record issued from the country of his/her nationality or residence. Such verification must be valid for no more than 3 months (Download form);
2.1.5 A medical certificate showing no prohibitive diseases as indicated in the Ministerial Regulation No.14(B.E. 2535) certificate shall be valid for not more than three months Click here
2.1.6 Additional health insurance requirement for Non-Immigrant O-X
Effective from 31 October 2019, the applicant must be medically insured for the entire period of stay in Thailand with the following coverage:
– Outpatient benefit with a sum insured of not less than 40,000 THB, and
– Inpatient benefit with a sum insured of not less than 400,000 THB
The applicants must submit 2 copies of the Thai insurance policy document or, if available, the original insurance policy document with 2 copies.
2.1.7 Singapore Blue IC and Re-Entry Permit Form 7 (for Singapore’s Permanent Residents)
2.1.8 Application fee: 450 Singapore Dollars (Cash only– Non-refundable)
2.2 A copy of flight ticket(s)
