- The applicant needs to come in person and prepare the following:
- If the original document is in English language and is issued by the Singapore governmental authority, it must be certified by Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) first.
- Please bring a copy of the document as well
- If the original document is in English language and is issued by the Singapore non-governmental authority, it must be certified by Notary Public and Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) first. Click here for more information

- If the original document is in English language and is issued by Foreign Country (Non-Singapore document), it must be certified by that foreign embassy, Notary Public, and Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) first. Click here for more information

- A copy of applicant’s passport OR Thai Identification card
- An original and a copy of the Thai translation
- Application Fee (Non-Refundable): S$60

- Remarks:
- Document processing takes about 4-6 days; No express service provided
- In case of contract documents and court documents, application fee will be S$30 per 100 words and S$30 per extra 100 words
- If the document owner is unable to come in person, the representative has to bring:
- The aforementioned documents
- An authorization letter to a person that applied on behalf of the document owner
- A photocopy of the Thai Identification Cards of the document owner
- A photocopy of the of the Thai Identification Cards of the representative
