- The applicant needs to come in person and prepare the following:
- If the original document is in English language and is issued by the Singapore governmental authority, it must be certified by Notary Public and Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) first. Click here for more information
- Please bring a copy of the document as well
- If the original document is in English language and is issued by the Singapore non-governmental authority, it must be certified by Notary Public and Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) first. Click here for more information

- If the original document is in English language and is issued by a non-Singapore governmental authority, it must be certified by the foreign embassy, Notary Public, and Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) first. Click here for more information

- A copy of applicant’s passport OR Thai Identification card
- An original and a copy of the Thai translation
- Application Fee (Non-Refundable): S$60

- Remarks:
- Document processing takes about 4-6 days; No express service provided
- In case of contract documents and court documents, application fee will be S$30 per 100 words and S$30 per extra 100 words
- If the document owner is unable to come in person, the representative has to bring:
- The aforementioned documents
- An authorization letter to a person that applied on behalf of the document owner
- A photocopy of the Thai Identification Cards of the document owner
- A photocopy of the of the Thai Identification Cards of the representative
