On 25 March 2023, Ambassador Chutintorn Gongsakdi attended the ONE Fight Night 8 organised by ONE Championship. The highlight match was between Superlek Kiatmoo9, a Thai fighter vs. Danial Williams, a Thai-Australian fighter. Superlek defended his ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Championship by knocking out Danial Williams on the third round. One Fight Night 8 was broadcasted live in 176 countries around the world.

 

On this occasion, the Ambassador exchanged views with Mr. Hua Fung Teh, ONE Championship’s Cofounder & Group President on how to promote Muay Thai as Thailand’s soft power, as well as ONE Championship’s ongoing collaboration with Lumpinee Boxing Stadium to modernize Muay Thai and expand its popularity across the globe.
