On 25 July 2025, H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, welcomed a delegation from the National Innovation Agency (NIA), led by Dr. Sura-at Supachatturat, Deputy Executive Director of Innovation Finance, along with Thai startup entrepreneurs participating in the Global Investment Link programme. The discussion focused on key industrial trends of interest to Singapore, such as food security, energy security, and Thailand’s sustainable development approach under the Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) Economy Model. On this occasion, the Ambassador also highlighted the growing role of Thai innovation in the global arena and offered policy-oriented recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of Thai entrepreneurs.
