On 19 January 2025, H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, attended the charity event of Ang Pao Distribution and Chinese New Year 2025 at Wat Ananda Metyaram to share joy and happiness with the elderly community members. Ms. Indranee Rajah, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister's Office, Second Minister for Finance and Second Minister for National Development of Singapore presided over the Ceremony as the Guest of Honour. Members of the Thai community in Singapore also joined the event to welcome the guests and facilitate the elderly.
