On 5 July 2024, H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Charoentoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore attended the 31st EXCO Investiture ceremony of the Singapore Food Manufacturing Association, where H.E. Mr. Alvin Tan, Minister of State for Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth and Ministry of Trade and Industry, presided over the ceremony.

On this occasion, the Ambassador had a working dinner with Minister Alvin, Mr. Raymond Tan, 31st EXCO President and his Executive Committee Members, to seek more opportunities for collaboration on food security between Thailand and Singapore and to facilitate Thai businesses in the agricultural and food sectors to enter the Singaporean market.
