On 1 April 2024, The Royal Thai Embassy welcomed a group of senior executives participating in the National Security Management Course for Senior Executives, organized by the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) of Thailand during their study visit in Singapore from 1 – 4 April 2024.

On this occasion, H.E. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore conducted a briefing on Thailand-Singapore bilateral relations, which covered a wide range of issues, including political and security, economic, social and cultural. The briefings on military and defence cooperation, as well as labour situation and cooperation between Thailand and Singapore were conducted by Captain Thammarat Tiabtiam, Defence and Naval Attaché and Mr. Wutthisak Pathomsart, Minister Counsellor (Labour), respectively. Mr. Weerasak Tipmontian, Deputy Director of NIA, shared information and exchanged views on the intelligence cooperation between Thailand and Singapore.
