On 12 March 2024, H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Medardo Antonio Gonzales Macaraig, Ambassador of the Philippines to Singapore. Both sides exchanged views on the cordial ties between Thailand and the Philippines, as this year (2024), marks the 75th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Thailand and the Philippines. 

In addition, they also exchanged views on the close cooperation with Singapore in various areas, such as economic, defence and security, and labour.
