On 13 June 2013, H.E. Mr. Marut Jitpatima, Ambassador of Thailand witnessed the signing ceremony marking the collaboration between Sentosa and Thailand’s GMM Tai Hub Co. Ltd. (GTH) in a joint production of “Sentosa Spooktacular 2013.”

Sentosa Spooktacular is the annual signature Halloween event and this year the haunted trails are inspired by GTH’s internationally acclaimed Thai horror films namely, Coming Soon, Shutter, Pee Mak, Dorm and Body. Speaking at the Press Conference, Mr. Yongyoot Thongkongtoon, Senior Director of International Business for GTH said that the experienced team of directors, producers and set builders will use various storytelling techniques to capture the essence of Asian and Thai horror in the five trails. Mr. David Goh, Senior Divisional Director, Sentosa Leisure Management said visitors will feel as though they are living out a scene of a Thai horror film.
These trails will be held at Fort Siloso for six nights in October and November this year.

“Sentosa Spooktacular 2013” will be partly supported by the Royal Thai Embassy in the project to promote Thai films overseas, which is the project of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand together with the Thai Foundation.
