On 25 August 2026, Mr. Ithiporn Kaewtip, Attorney-General of Thailand, and his delegation visited the Thai Ambassador’s Residence in Singapore at the invitation of H.E. Mrs. Waraphannee Damrongmanee, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, for a dinner on the occasion of their visit to Singapore to attend the Chief Legal Advisors Forum (CLAF) 2026, held on 26–27 August 2026 at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore under the theme “States and Investment Disputes – What lies ahead.”

During the dinner, both sides exchanged views on the key issues to be discussed at CLAF, as well as the roles and responsibilities of Thailand’s Office of the Attorney General, particularly in the areas of international law and investor-State dispute settlement. They also discussed key policy developments in Thailand and Singapore and ways to further strengthen cooperation between relevant agencies of the two countries.
