On 18 July 2024, H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, welcomed and met with representatives of the Association of Thai Students in Singapore, Thai Dance Society, and the Friends of Thai Workers Association (Singapore) at the Ambassador's Residence.

The Ambassador expressed her appreciation for the roles played by the Association of Thai Students in Singapore, Thai Dance Society, and the Friends of Thai Workers Association (Singapore), as well as the Thai Association in Singapore, in promoting cultural diplomacy and supporting the Embassy's missions as volunteer consuls who contribute to enhancing Thailand's positive image and supporting the Thai community in Singapore.

On this occasion, the Embassy, on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, provided financial support to each association with a view to enabling them to utilize these funds for their activities to strengthen the Thai community in Singapore.

On 13 July 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy also provided financial contributions to the Thai Association (Singapore) at the Ambassador's residence.
