On 24 September 2013, a group of 25 senior civil servants from Ministry of Interior visiting Singapore under the “Ministry of Interior’s Capacity Building Programme for the ASEAN Economic Community” paid a courtesy call on Mr. Marut Jitpatima, Ambassador of Thailand, and was briefed by Ms. Vowpailin Chovichien, Second Secretary, Royal Thai Embassy, on “Singapore on AEC : What Thailand Needs to Know”. In this regard, Mr. Disathat Panyarachun, Managing Director, PTT International Trading Pte Ltd., also briefed the delegation on the roles of PTT in Singapore and the future of Thai Energy Business sector in ASEAN. The Thai Ambassador and the panelists also engaged in discussion with these officials in many interesting and innovative topics.
