STEP 1 :

Required Documents to be Certified Genuine Signature(s) of Non- Thai citizens (Power of Attorney, Affidavit, Letter of Consent, etc) 

An original and a copy document bearing the Seal of Singapore's Notary Public

A copy of every page of the original documents

Process fee of S$ 30.- per document (cash only)

Submission Hours: Monday - Thursday (except Embassy's holidays) from 9.30 - 11.30 hrs. Do not need to make an appointment.


Remarks:

  • In case of not submitting the owner’s document, the representative must bring the following:
    1. An authorization letter to a person that applied on behalf of the document owner
    2. A photocopy of the Identity Cards of the document owner

General Information

  1. All documents must be in English. If the document is in another language (i.e. Thai language or other languages), the English translation of the document should be provided. The original document and the translated document should be attached together in a single set, with the Notary Public's signature on the first page of the document.
    • Documents issued in Singapore must be certified by Singapore’s Notary Public.
    • Documents issued outside of Singapore must be certified by the Embassy of its country of origin first and followed by the Singapore's Notary Public.
  2. All documents must be legalized by Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) 
  3. Submit the documents at the Royal Thai Embassy.  

STEP 2 :

Collect Documents

  • Collection time: Monday - Thursday (except Embassy's holidays) from 14.00 - 15.00 hrs. 
  • Processing time for the document is 3-5 working days.
