Step 4: Collect Passport

• Processing time: 3-4 weeks, after the day the applicant has submitted the documents and has the photograph taken. Don't have express service. Passport is processing at Passport Division In Thailand and send to Thai Embassy in Singapore.
• Once the new passport is ready, the applicant will be notified via SMS
• The applicant needs to collect the new passport within 1-2 months after being notified. Otherwise, the new passport will be automatically canceled
• The applicant can come in to collect the new passport during Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 2pm - 3pm without prior appointment

• Required Documents upon passport collection:
  • Collect by yourself
    • The Pink and White Receipt
    • The original of your Thai Identification Card
  • Send in the representative
    • The Pink and White Receipt with an authorized signature of the applicant on the receipt
    • The original of the owner of passport’s Thai Identification Card 
    • The original of the representative’s Identification Card
