Ambassador launched the Thailand-Singapore Commemorative Artwork to celebrate the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations

On 1 September 2024, H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore and H.E. Mr. Nikorndej Balankura, Director-General of the Department of Information and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, together with representatives from the ASEAN diplomatic missions in Singapore, senior officials, and members of the Team Thailand in Singapore attended the reception to launch the "𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝-𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟔𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬", which were co-created by renowned Thai and Singaporean contemporary artists: Mr. Thaweesak Srithongdee (Lolay) and Mr. Toby Tan (Tobyato).

This event marks the beginning of a series of activities leading to the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Singapore in 2025. The project aims to raise public awareness of cooperation under the ASEAN framework and to strengthen bilateral relations between Thailand and Singapore.
