The exclusive buffet, a collaboration between the Royal Thai Embassy, Thai Supermarket, and Entrepôt, is set to take place on 10-11 May 2025, from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm. This culinary celebration honors the tradition of passing down recipes and culinary wisdom through generations, intertwining the flavors of Old Siam with Singapore's historic quayside.

 

The media tasting event offered a preview of the buffet's highlights, showcasing the collaborative efforts of Chef Nixon Low, Director of Culinary & Operations at the Robertson House, and Chef Jiraphon, a celebrated culinary artisan. Chef Jiraphon, with over two decades of experience in Singapore's Thai dining scene and now helming her own eatery in Phrae, a Northern province of Thailand, has returned to Singapore to share her time-honored recipes.
