On 24 April 2025, H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, welcomed General Pana Claewplodtook, Chief of Army, and his delegation at the Ambassador's residence. On this occasion, the Ambassador hosted a luncheon in honour of the Commander-in-Chief. Both sides exchanged views on the close and longstanding military cooperation between Thailand and Singapore as well as the recent political development of Singapore.

 

General Pana paid an official visit to Singapore from 22 to 24 April 2025 as part of his introductory visit following his assumption of office in late 2024. During the visit, he paid a courtesy call on Vice Admiral Aaron Beng, Chief of Defence Force, and held discussions with Brigadier-General Cai Dexian, Chief of Army. General Pana also visited SAFTI City and received a briefing on the use of technology in training simulations.
