Air Chief Marshal Seksan Kanta, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force, paid an official visit to Singapore during 23-25 June 2026. On 24 June 2026, he visited the Singapore Ministry of Defence, where he was welcomed by Major General Kelvin Fan, Chief of Air Force of the Republic of Singapore, who also escorted him in inspecting a Guard of Honour. Air Chief Marshal Seksan subsequently held meetings with Vice Admiral Aaron Beng, Chief of Defence Force of the Singapore Armed Forces, before paying a courtesy call on Mr. Chan Chun Sing, Singapore's Minister for Defence.
 
H.E. Mrs. Waraphannee Damrongmanee, Ambassador-designate of Thailand to Singapore, also participated in the meeting between the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force and the Singapore Minister for Defence. During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on defence cooperation, regional security environment, and evolving geopolitical developments. They also reaffirmed their shared commitment to further strengthening and expanding defence cooperation between Thailand and Singapore.
Following the meeting, the two sides exchanged commemorative gifts, after which the Singapore side held a ceremony to confer Honorary Wings upon senior commanders of the Royal Thai Air Force. The visit made a significant contribution to further strengthening ties between the air forces of both countries, enhancing cooperation in training and joint operational capabilities, and supporting the continued maintenance of regional peace and stability.
