On 4 February 2016 at 16.30 hrs. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ home-based staffs who attended the RELC’s English Programme, led by the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), paid a courtesy call on and were given a briefing by Mr. Thongchai Chasawath, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, at the Royal Thai Embassy on the topic of “Role of the Home-Based Staffs to the Foreign Affairs”. The 9-person group also exchanged ideas with Ambassador and Embassy staff on Thailand and Singapore’s aspect of Foreign affairs and policies.
