On 29 June 2026, Mrs. Waraphannee Damrongmanee, Ambassador-designate of Thailand to Singapore, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Ms. Hajah Noor Qanar Haji Sulaiman, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to Singapore.

 

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on Thailand–Brunei Darussalam relations, cooperation at the United Nations in New York, as well as the priorities and challenges faced by their respective embassies in Singapore. They also discussed ways to enhance cooperation on multilateral issues, particularly in preparation for Singapore's ASEAN Chairmanship in 2027.
